The Team

Shivani Lalloo, CRC
Hello, I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. As someone diagnosed with a chronic illness at a young age, I understand how challenging it is to cope with uncertainty in life. I am passionate about helping others who feel overwhelmed by the many challenges that life unexpectedly throws at them. I work with individuals experiencing difficulties with anxiety, chronic illness, depression, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions and other issues as well. I also enjoy working with teenagers to navigate their way through school to overcome academic, emotional, and social challenges.
As a licensed associate professional counselor, I believe in using compassion, empathy, and mindfulness to help my clients build on their strengths to cope with challenges in life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other creative interventions in my counseling approach. I also aim to incorporate my client’s culture and values into therapy, as I believe each client is an expert in their own life. I completed a Master of Science graduate degree in Health Psychology from University College London, focusing on understanding health behaviors and using a holistic model to help clients reach their full potential. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, I completed a Master’s degree in clinical Rehabilitation Counseling.
Additionally, I worked as a therapist at Coach & Counsel and as an intern and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency. I gained valuable experience in guiding adolescents and adults through challenges such as coping with a chronic illness or disability, career exploration, advocating for equal opportunities in college and employment, and finding purpose in life while overcoming emotional, physical, and social barriers. This experience has enabled me to help her clients gain relief from social anxiety, depression, and stress.

My work is grounded in existential counseling and informed by Positive Psychology. Together, we explore meaning, identity, responsibility, and purpose while also honoring the impact of loss. We make space for both sorrow and growth, focusing not only on challenges but also on resilience and the possibility of a meaningful life moving forward.
I have experience supporting individuals facing family systems challenges, neurodiversity, caregiving roles, and institutional systems. This includes working with individuals with autism, engaging adults with early-onset dementia, supporting incarcerated individuals through psychoeducational groups, and helping clients navigate anticipatory grief, ambiguous loss, and caregiving stress. I am working under the clinical supervision and clinical direction of Yvonne A. Strohl, LPC, CPCS, CCH.
My priority is creating a compassionate, collaborative space where healing happens at your pace. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, agency, and renewed meaning while honoring what has been lost.

Devon Howard
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating heavy seasons, life transitions, and the quiet feeling of not quite recognizing themselves, but knowing they want more for their lives. I connect in a steady, real, and deeply understanding way to allow you to settle in and do the work.
My approach is relational, strengths based, and grounded in a systems perspective. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy to help you better understand your patterns and create meaningful, lasting change in your daily life and relationships.
Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and easy to talk to. I will meet you where you are while supporting you in reaching the version of yourself that feels most true.
